We're happy for you to stay wherever feels most comfortable! To help with your planning, we've arranged room blocks at two hotels to suit different preferences and budgets: Omni Barton Creek and Hotel Viata. Please keep in mind that we have a limited number of rooms reserved at each location, so we encourage booking early to secure the group rate. Once our room blocks are full, the discounted pricing may no longer be available.
